Complete the Client Brief

 Fill out the client briefing form to provide us with all the basic information about your medical spa or aesthetic practice, ensuring that our team has all the necessary details to get you started and prepare for your JumpStart Session. 


Schedule Your JumpStart Session

During this 20 minute zoom session your will meet with you account manager.  You will work together to customize you company's scripts.  You will also review your FAQs, core services, and monthly specials.

After this session, our team will input all the data into the Med Spa Communications portal for easy access.


Review, Walk-Through, & Test

During this hour-long zoom meeting, your dedicated account manager will guide you through the onboarding process, giving you access to the client portal and reviewing all the information, customized scripts, and protocols for your business. We will conduct tests to ensure that your phone numbers have been forwarded correctly and everything is in working order.
